If you love strolling by the pool, unobstructed views of the magnificent sky and sunsets over the Etang de Thau, I offer you my furnished, air-conditioned, two-star-rated 28 m² apartment with a living room, a bedroom cabin and a large 7 m² west-facing balcony on the 3rd floor with elevator in a secure residence with swimming pool, parking space, bike room, shared barbecue and boules area.
This apartment is ideally suited to accommodate two people (the bedroom has a 140 x 190 bed), but is also equipped with a high-quality Italian-made leather sofa of the same size.
It is also equipped with reversible air conditioning and a fan, a fridge with freezer, a washing machine with two drying racks, a toaster, a microwave oven, an oven, a Senséo coffee machine and a traditional coffee makertwo comforters and two blankets are provided, as well as a hair dryer and a large-screen TV - everything you need for a peaceful stay.
The bathroom has a large bathtub for relaxing and a separate toilet.
It is not accessible to people with reduced mobility, is non-smoking and does not accept pets.
Rent includes all utilities (water, heating and electricity), plus tourist tax.
On arrival and departure, you will be met on site by my concierge team, who will introduce you to the residence and your accommodation, and may even provide you with household linen and towels if required (service billed by the concierge).
