mont St Clair. Parking at the bottom of the residence. Close to shops and restaurants. Thermal baths 300m away, easily accessible from the beach.

The air-conditioned studio comprises a living room with comfortable 2-person sofa bed, TV, WIFI connection, large storage cupboard - functional shower room with plenty of storage space, 80x100cm shower, washbasin and washing machine, WC separate from the shower room
- kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, steam cooker, iron, etc
Collective storage for 2-wheelers on the residence's ground floor.

Pick-up possible at Sète train station. A contribution of 9.00? per journey will be requested.
2 fitted sheets, 2 comforter covers and 4 pillowcases can be provided on request for a fee of 15.00?

Departures from the studio are on Saturdays before 5:00 pm and arrivals on Saturdays from 6:00 pm. These times may vary according to departures and arrivals.
